Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Northwood Arbor Care (“Northwood,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit our website, request a tree care consultation, use our ZIP checker or Tree Tag, or contact our team. We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul and nearby Minnesota communities.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, tree service address, the service you are interested in, notes about your tree, preferred dates, and an optional link to tree photos. If you use the ZIP checker, the ZIP code you enter is used to show service-area guidance. The Tree Tag uses your selected tree type and symptoms to provide general guidance. Those selections are processed in your browser and are not submitted as a consultation unless you choose to contact us.
How we use information
We use consultation details to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare estimates, and coordinate tree care. We do not sell your personal information. We limit access to team members who need it to help with your request and use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle.
Customer portal
Our customer portal is provided by a third-party service. If you use it, information submitted there is handled under the portal provider’s privacy terms as well as any applicable Northwood service records. Please review the notices presented in the portal before submitting information there.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use essential cookies and similar technologies to support site operation, as well as analytics tools to understand general site visits and improve the experience. Analytics may record information such as pages viewed, device or browser type, and approximate usage patterns. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser; disabling cookies may affect some site functions.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. To make a privacy request or ask a question, call (612) 555-0148 or contact Northwood Arbor Care through our consultation page.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently updated. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had the opportunity to review the revised policy.
